One Month Old

Julia is one month old!

She loves her swing that Oma Doris and Uncle Scott Logan bought for her. (pictured on the left)

She is getting used to cold wipes during diaper changes.

She has mastered breastfeeding.

She has outgrown most of her newborn clothes.

She has been to the dog park, stores, restaurants, on walks, friend's houses, the airport, the doctors, and a few other places.

She likes getting bathes.

Her hair is getting thicker.

Her nails need clipped almost once a week.

She only cries if she is hungry.

She sleeps through the night, waking up to eat once, maybe twice. She had this schedule from the beginning.

A few times a day, she signs the "I love you" sign on her tiny little hands and it gives mommy butterflies in her tummy each time.

Girls Day Out!
Aunt Shana is visiting and we went downtown on St. Patrick's Day to do shopping at the 16th Street Mall. We shopped until the stroller was full and had a yummy lunch. It was a sunny, warm day and we had a great time!

I find myself spending hours staring at her precious face. Especially when she is sleeping. I wish the camera better captured the peace on her face as she dreams.
